Standard di qualità globale di Timken
Il nostro impegno nei confronti della qualità sostiene l’integrità del marchio Timken e conserva la fiducia che i nostri clienti ripongono in noi. Investiamo milioni di dollari all’anno in Ricerca e sviluppo, formazione e miglioramento dei processi per garantire ai clienti una qualità costante dei prodotti Timken, indipendentemente da dove vengono prodotti.
I nostri standard di qualità globale Timken vengono applicati senza eccezioni in tutti gli impianti che realizzano prodotti Timken®. Abbiamo inoltre contribuito a definire la qualità all’interno del settore, creando standard per l’American Bearing Manufacturing Association (ABMA) e contribuendo agli standard International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

La nostra valutazione della qualità
Per garantire il rispetto della nostra promessa di qualità, operiamo secondo una serie di processi aziendali standard chiamati Timken Quality Management System (TQMS). Questo sistema stabilisce linee guida chiare dei livelli accettabili ed eccezionali degli standard di qualità per i nostri clienti, dipendenti e fornitori.
Il TQMS rafforza il nostro valore fondamentale di qualità attraverso migliori prassi mirate e disciplinate in tutti i processi di produzione e servizi.
Il TQMS è basato su ISO 9000 e incorpora requisiti e migliori prassi dei clienti esigenti dentro e fuori Timken. Il TQMS fornisce il quadro di riferimento sul modo in cui raggiungiamo e valutiamo la qualità. Ciascuno dei 21 moduli viene esaminato annualmente per il miglioramento continuo, che porta a standard più elevati per le aspettative di qualità minime man mano che i nostri settori e prodotti evolvono.
