Turning Employee Ideas into Safer Workplaces
Through our Good Catch! initiative, employees identify safety and environmental concerns before they become incidents and recommend improvements based on firsthand experience. Nearly 7,000 Good Catches! have been reported to date, with an 88% closure rate.
Building Connections Across Timken
Our six Employee Resource Groups bring employees together across backgrounds, interests and geographies. Open to all employees, the groups create opportunities to build relationships, develop professionally, shape workplace culture and serve local communities.
