We’re advancing sustainability across our global footprint, focusing on increasing efficiencies within our manufacturing processes and supply chains. This includes making sustainable sourcing decisions, increasing our use of renewable energy, improving our energy efficiency and recycling and reducing our waste to landfills.

Reducing Emissions
Since 2018, we’ve cut Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity by about 42%, supported by strategic investments in energy efficiency, renewable power and process improvements across our global operations. From 2023 to 2024, we doubled our capital spending on emissions-reduction projects — and we continue to prioritize high-impact, employee-driven solutions that reduce our footprint and strengthen our business.

Limiting Waste and Conserving Water
From recycling metal byproducts of the manufacturing process to treating and reusing wastewater, we are committed to using our planet’s resources responsibly. Between 2018 and 2024, we reduced total annual waste generation by 40% and achieved a 20% reduction in global water withdrawal.
