Os padrões globais de qualidade da Timken são executados sem exceção em todas as fábricas que produzem produtos da Timken®. Também ajudamos a definir a qualidade dentro do setor, criando padrões para a ABMA (Associação Americana de Fabricantes de Rolamentos) e contribuindo para as normas definidas pela ISO (Organização Internacional de Normalização).

Nosso indicador de qualidade
Para garantir que cumpramos a nossa promessa de qualidade, operamos com um conjunto de processos de negócios padronizados chamado TQMS (Sistema de gerenciamento da qualidade da Timken). Esse sistema estabelece diretrizes claras para os níveis aceitáveis e excepcionais de padrões de qualidade para os nossos clientes, funcionários e fornecedores.
O TQMS reforça o nosso valor fundamental de qualidade por meio de melhores práticas orientadas e disciplinadas em todos os nossos processos de fabricação e serviços.
