Timken^® Single-Point Lubricators

Manual lubrication can be inconsistent and difficult to keep up with — especially on equipment that runs continuously, sits in hard-to-reach locations, or operates in dirty, wet or high-vibration environments. When lubrication points don’t get the right amount at the right time, premature wear in bearings, chains, guideways, and other industrial equipment components can lead to unplanned downtime.

Timken Single-Point Lubricators include electrochemical and electromechanical units in the following designs:

• G-Power® (electrochemical): A general-purpose lubricator (Model 101) that dispenses grease at pressure up to 4 bar/50 psi. Features include explosion-proof certification and mining approval for underground use. 
• D-Power® (electrochemical): A compact, all-in-one system for dispensing grease at pressure up to 5 bar/ 73 psi. Meets IP68 protection against dust.
• M-Power® (electromechanical): A reusable, general-purpose lubricator with a monthly increment settings and a replaceable lubrication cartridge, dispensing grease at a pressure up to 6 bar/87 psi. Meets IP 65 protection class,
• Accessories: Brackets, clamps, brushes, fittings and hose extensions to simplify mounting in hard-to-reach locations.

Timken Single-Point Lubricators help keep lubrication points supplied with fresh lubricant on a predictable schedule — supporting equipment availability, longer service intervals and more consistent performance. Controlled delivery can also reduce maintenance time, improve plant safety by reducing time spent in high-risk areas, and reduce lubricant consumption through controlled lubrication.
