Janet is responsible for managing the entire Timken Bearing Inspection customer service group. She has worked in customer service for over twenty years in various high-tech industries including enterprise and embedded computing systems distribution, and semiconductor manufacturing. Prior to joining Timken, Janet was a customer service manager at a world leader in advanced power management technology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in business management and a Master of Business Administration at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Steve handles the American East Region and Canada. He has worked at Timken since 1996 and has experience in the facilities, receiving and customer service departments.
Suzette is the customer support representative for the Asia Pacific region.
She joined Timken in 2006 and has experience in receiving and contract review as well as customer service.

Sonya Wiitanen

Sonya is the customer support representative for government orders as well as for Honeywell Phoenix and Honeywell Greer. She started her career at Timken in 1996, and held a variety of positions before becoming a customer service representative. She has also functioned as a team member in many improvement activities, including a company-wide system implementation and the creation of our VMI program.
Donna services customers in the Americas West region. She has been a member of the Timken team since 1998 when she began working in the engineering department before transferring to our customer service department. She has served as a team member for kaizen events, 5S implementations and cross functional teams as well as participating in many process improvement projects.
