Timken® Four-Row Tapered Roller Bearings Straight and Tapered Bore Assemblies (TQO, TQOW and TQIT)

Timken four-row tapered roller bearings are engineered for maximum performance in demanding applications such as rolling mills and heavy-duty industrial machinery. Available in TQO, TQOW, and TQIT configurations, these bearings deliver superior load capacity, durability, and reliability. The TQO design features slots in the inner race spacer to permit lubricant to flow from the bearing chamber to the roll neck, while the TQOW cone faces have lubrication slots at each face. Both the TQO and TQOW have a straight bore assembly while the TQIT has a tapered bore.

Our Solutions

Timken four-row tapered roller bearings straight bore assembly (TQO and TQOW) with hardened cone spacers

Benefits

  • Slots on the cone faces provide lubrication  access to cone and  fillet ring faces
  • Hardened cone spacers reduce wear
  • Case-carburized rings and rollers that help withstand the shock loads and contamination inherent in rolling mills.
