Timken's Ball Bearing Electric Motor Grease is an NLGI No. 2 polyurea-thickened grease specifically designed for the lubrication of high-speed ball bearings. This grease does not contain extreme pressure additives but is inhibited against rust and oxidation.

Product Application Ball Bearing Electric Motor Grease can be applied from ambient temperatures of -30° F to +325° F (-34° C to +163° C) depending on lubrication system design and method of application. Ball Bearing Electric Motor Grease has an operating range of -40° F to +325° F (-40° C to +163° C) once in the application.

CAUTION: Follow equipment manufacturer’s recommendations concerning lubrication frequencies. Failure to follow correct lubrication practices can result in premature equipment failure.

Compatibility of Grease Ball Bearing Electric Motor Grease is generally compatible with calcium sulfonate and polyurea thickened greases. Timken recommends that all grease be removed from the application prior to changing greases. Then, the lubrication interval is reduced by half for the first lubrication cycle before resuming the normal lubrication interval.
