TS (Pressed Steel) 

This is the most basic and most widely used type of tapered roller bearing.  It consists of two main separable parts: the inner race assembly and the outer race.  It is typically mounted in opposing pairs on a shaft.

 

 

Size range: 

ID 7.937 to 863.600 mm (0.31225 to 34.0000 in.)

OD 31.991 to 1060.000 mm (1.2595 to 41.7323 in.)

 

 

Design Attributes 

  • Single cone and cup.
  • One-piece pressed steel cage retains rollers on the cone and spaces them evenly.
  • Pin type cages also available.
