The Challenge

An agricultural products company in Missouri had an issue with servicing its scrubber fan. Two competing SAF bearings on the fan lasted only six months at a time. When workers replaced the bearings, it took six hours.

The Solution

Timken split cylindrical roller bearings can significantly reduce downtime associated with moving equipment to change out a standard roller bearing. Timken engineers assisted with the installation of our replacement bearings and they also provided onsite training.
