Timothy A. Graham is executive vice president, president of Industrial Motion and an officer of The Timken Company.<\/p>\n
Named to this position in 2025, Graham is responsible for scaling and accelerating the profitable growth of Timken\u2019s Industrial Motion portfolio in industrial markets, with a focus on serving customers\u2019 future needs.<\/p>\n
Since joining Timken in 2003, Graham has built a strong track record leading complex global operations. Most recently, as vice president of operations for Engineered Bearings, he led a worldwide network of bearing manufacturing and distribution facilities. His responsibilities also included companywide leadership of supply chain, sourcing, quality, continuous improvement, EH&S and sustainability.<\/p>\n
Graham also served as acting president for American Roller Bearing and Aurora Bearing following their acquisitions, and gained valuable international experience leading European operations from Colmar, France. He is credited with transforming Timken\u2019s manufacturing footprint while driving margin expansion and operational excellence. He guided teams through global disruptions and major supply chain challenges, developed the company\u2019s sustainability strategy and has achieved industry-leading safety performance.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining Timken, Graham served in supply chain management roles with International Paper Company and Thomas & Betts Corporation.<\/p>\n
Graham earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in transportation and logistics management from Kent State University and an executive MBA from the University of Memphis.<\/p>\n
