Member, Timken Board of Directors

Phillip R. Cox has been a member of The Timken Company Board of Directors since 2004.

Cox is president and chief executive officer of Cox Financial Corporation, a financial services company, a position he has held since 1972.

He also sits on boards of directors at Cincinnati Bell, Inc., Diebold, Incorporated, Duke Energy Corporation and Touchstone Mutual Funds.
