At Timken, I’m getting a variety of experiences and more opportunities than I could find at other organizations. I started as a financial analyst. Since then, I’ve gained multi-national experience as a controller, as part of two acquisitions and as a production manager in a plant—which gave me a first-hand understanding of the work we do.
