Timken's specialized process offers more than just a complete bearing inspection - it verifies bearing serviceability, detects damaged bearings that could fail if left in service, and promotes reliable engine operation.
This process uses all available OEM inspection data to determine the serviceability of your bearings. Timken's team of maintenance professionals use this data to verify that every bearing meets or exceeds OEM specifications, providing for their continued use in the application. This allows for the confident re-installation of serviceable bearings at a fraction of the cost of replacement material. If a bearing is rejected during the inspection process, we recommend our Aerospace Bearing Reconditioning program to restore the bearing to "like-new" serviceable condition.

Timken's staff of bearing maintenance professionals is comprised of the top bearing technicians and engineers in the industry. Their expertise is unsurpassed in the inspection, testing and analysis of aerospace and industrial bearings. Our staff adheres to stringent quality assurance programs and proprietary processes. Using state-of-the-art inspection equipment, we maintain a commitment to excellence that has established Timken as the industry leader for quality, cost-efficiency, and superior value.
