The performance and reliability of the equipment depends directly on the condition of the bearings. The Timken Company’s Industrial Maintenance Training program gives you the practical information needed to ensure that your bearings, and therefore your equipment, delivers reliable service at maximum performance levels. 

Whether you are part of an in-house maintenance shop or an outside equipment service organization, we come to you. Training is provided either at your maintenance facility or a nearby meeting center. Courses can be scheduled from a half day to two full days, completely customized to your needs, can be created. Following the course, you can request an audit to earn the designation Timken Bearing Certified.

Your curriculum can include any or all of the following classroom and hands-on modules:

  • The basics of antifriction bearings, including damage analysis and bearing maintenance & handling
