Our excluder seals help improve machine performance in a broad range of highly contaminated industrial applications.

• Model 143 offers a split-seal design  that is easily modified to fit your application. (Important Note: Not recommended if seal itself is rotating.) Small and large cross section available.
• Model 145 offers a solid seal design that seals tightly against a surface, perpendicular to a shaft. The seal lip maintains contact with the sealing surface, despite movement due to a flexible hinge. It is available for shafts from 7 to 80 inches (178 to 2032 mm) in cross sections from 0.5 inches (Model 145A-2) to 1.0 inches (Model 145A-1) [12.7 mm to 25.4 mm].
• Model 59G1 offers excellent exclusion and high chemical compatibility. Other models are also available with the G1 excluder seal.
• Timken Excluder Seals Featuring Model PS®-1 include single, reversed and dual opposed lip seals and the dual tandem seal. Proprietary sealing element design provides:
  • Superb sealing and exclusion of contaminants.
  • Dry running capability up to 700 FPM (up to 2000 FPM with lubrication).
  • Excellent chemical resistance.
  • Pressure capability up to 150 psi.
