 Timken offers complete bearing repair services for bearings sized eight to 84 inches. When preventative maintenance programs accompany reconditioning, bearings reach their peak potential.  For bearings sized three to eight inches, bearing reclamation services are available. Our proprietary polishing agent returns bearing to serviceable condition for a fraction of the cost.  Timken assists OEMs with the initial design of bearings and chocks. We use this application knowledge to refurbish chock bearings, returning them to like-new condition.  Our repair process can make a chock or housing stronger than new with our mini and full-rebuild services. We also manufacture new chocks and simplify maintenance procedures with our patented Chock Lok® device.  Our high-quality roll overlays feature Mill Clad wear and resistant alloys that outperform other roll types. We also manufacture new rolls to meet customer specifications.  This program provides around-the-clock management of a mill's roll shop with the goal of minimizing operational problems and downtime.
