This service helps you maintain a high level of machine oversight while focusing on other key aspects of your job. There are two components to the program – state-of-the-art equipment and diagnostic services provided by highly trained Timken Reliability Specialists that include data analysis and reporting.

 

Equipment
Our remote monitoring system helps monitor, trend and alert you to excessive vibration levels and vibration fault frequencies. You also can monitor the rate of change of different conditions, further helping to detect when a problem might occur. Automatic Alarm alerts are sent via e-mail or text message so corrective

action can be taken before a machine fails.

 

Every five seconds, the equipment allows you to assess up to 12 axes of vibration, four channels of temperature, and speed, as well as other generic sensors with analog and digital sensors.

 

Services
As an added benefit, Timken can monitor your systems for you. We can perform time and frequency spectrum analysis on the monitored vibration data and supply reports, giving you even more insight into your machine condition.
