FAQ - Multi-Point Lubricators 

  1. What additional accessories do I need to purchase when ordering a Timken C-Power unit?
    None.  The Timken C-Power unit includes a complete kit of accessories, full instructions, mounting bracket, and enough prefilled grease lines (6 x 16 ft.) for six lubrication points.

  2. How many lube points can I use with C-Power?
    1 to 6 lines can be run from the distribution block.

  3. What is the lead time for C-Power once the order is placed?
    7-10 business days.

  4. Does C-Power lose pressure when multiple lines are hooked up?
    No.  Full pressure is maintained regardless of the number of lubrication points selected.

  5. What is the maximum remote mounting distance?
    16 feet.

  6. I have an application with six lube points.  What is the advantage of using a C-Power unit compared to using six M-Power single-point lubricators?
    • Single programmability
    • Only one battery and lube cartridge to replace
    • Higher pressures (360 psi vs. 75 psi for M-Power) which allows greater remote mounting distances (16 feet vs. 10 feet for M-Power)
    • More reliability than single units

  7. What if one of the lines plugs up?
    The unit will display an error message telling you which line is plugged.
