 Type TP bearings are the most economical thrust bearings to buy and install due to their design simplicity. Minor radial displacement of this bearing’s races does not affect its operation, resulting in manufacturing economies and easy installation.  Type TPS bearings are similar to type TP, but feature a bottom washer assembly made up of two races with the contacting faces spherically ground. This makes it adaptable to initial misalignment. |
