To meet DIN and ISO standards for repair jobs, we will hold the diameter under rollers. We skin grind the outer race and use oversize rollers to hold the original design dimensions.
These bearings are made to ISO P6 boundary tolerances with P5 controlled runout, which is tighter than P6.
The RY configuration has a two-piece inner ring (except the tapered bore version), two outer rings, and three thrust ribs that mount to the outer ring – two at the ends and one in the middle of the bearing. We make this configuration up to 320 mm bore.
The RX configuration has a single inner ring, single outer, pin-type cages, and two removable thrust ribs on the outer ring. The pin-style cages provide increased capacity over the RV configuration.
