Integrated Bearing Assemblies

Now considered the standard design for the rail industry, the Timken® AP™ bearing is a self-contained, pre-assembled, pre-lubricated bearing that reduces maintenance costs while increasing bearing life and fuel efficiency.

Designed based on the AP bearing, the AP2 bearing's shorter journal reduces axle flexure, resulting in less fretting wear between the bearing components. Like the original AP, AP2 also carries heavier loads and reduces bearing weight.

A single integrated unit that can be bolted directly onto passenger and light truck wheel corners, Formed Hub eliminates the need for conventional components like washers, spacers and nuts.

Generation 3 is a self-retained, integrated package bearing that features active sensing technology. It offers design flexibility and bolt-on simplicity for light- and heavy-duty truck wheel ends.

This product features an active anti-lock braking sensor and an electrically-activated wheel-end disconnect that reduces drag and increases usable horsepower in light-duty 4x4 trucks.

Timken's live spindle hub is a light, compact design that increases power density. Temperature sensing also enables systems to detect potential wheel end problems in medium and heavy trucks before they occur.

Developed for the rail industry, our Performance Plus™ bearings are reconditioned assemblies that offer increased longevity, reliability and exceptional value.

Designed specifically to improve system performance in passenger cars and light trucks, PINION-PAC is a ready-to-install, pre-sealed, pre-set tapered roller bearing unit that speeds axle assembly and reduces noise, vibration and harshness.

Sold only to professional auto racing teams, RacePac® is a packaged hub using specially engineered Timken® tapered roller bearings, precisely ground spacers and a patented seal design. Pre-assembled and ready for installation on front and rear wheel ends.

SENSOR-PAC is a bolt on automotive wheel bearing package for light trucks, featuring an integral sensing system design to improve performance for anti-lock brake and traction control systems.

Timken's lower swing spherical roller bearing assembly uses patented technology to improve performance and cost savings for mining draglines.

Timken's threaded bearing cup provides rigid axle assembly and bearing retention in light- and heavy-duty vehicles. Design makes bearing settling faster, easier and more accurate.

The Unipac bearing is a two-row tapered roller bearing package fitted with advanced seals and lubricated with the latest in premium multi-purpose grease. Unipac helps reduce weight in light auto applications.

Unipac-Plus is a pre-sealed, pre-lubricated and preset bolt-on package that increases load capacity in medium and heavy truck applications. Bearing can be supplied separately or with the spindle already pressed into place.

Wheel load smart sensing technology delivers vital information about speeds and loads at all four corners of a vehicle. Sensing is incorporated in bolt-on hub unit.

Wheel Pac is a pre-set, pre-greased and pre-sealed unit that reduces maintenance costs and setting ranges on medium and heavy truck wheel ends.
