The Timken Company's FAST-TRACK™ tubing facility offers customers a wide variety of bearing steels in small quantities to meet immediate, small-volume requirements. Your minimum order for custom-cut product can be as small as $250. It will typically be ready for shipment within 48 hours from either our Ohio or North Carolina facilities.

With more than 600 sizes of steel products on hand, we can often ship the steel immediately. Additional cutting and machining is also available, as well as special bundling, packaging and palletizing.

We currently offer six grades of Timken® steel, although other grades and sizes may be available:

Standard tubes lengths are 8 to 14 feet, depending on the tube diameter. Most product is hot rolled, except tubes smaller than 1.75" OD, which is cold finished. Tubes are stenciled with the Timken® brand name and the grade, quality, OD, wall and ID. All through hardened product is thermal treated to provide optimum machinability.
