Cutting steel seems, at first glance, to be a simple process, but we understand that there’s much to know. We cut bars or tubes of steel, both Timken® steel and customer-provided material, to create blanks used as the raw material in customer manufacturing processes.

We identify or develop a cutting process appropriate to the material and volume, seeking always to achieve optimum material utilization with minimal kerf loss.
