In addition to export and import laws, our company is also subject to laws and regulations that prohibit us from doing business in certain countries, and with certain entities and individuals that may be connected to terrorism or similar illegal activities. Currently, those countries where we cannot conduct business – directly or indirectly – include Iran, Cuba, Syria, North Korea and Sudan. In addition, countries under an arms embargo by the U.S. government, where no military products or services may be provided, must be avoided. Finally, several “prohibited
parties” lists are maintained, showing us with whom we cannot conduct business. These lists change daily, and can be found on the global trade and compliance website.
