Member, Timken Board of Directors

Ward J. "Jack" Timken has been a member of The Timken Company Board of Directors since 1971.

He is president of The Timken Foundation of Canton, a private, charitable foundation to promote civic betterment through capital fund grants.  He has held this position since 2004.

He previously served as vice president of The Timken Company from 1992-2003.
