Member, Timken Board of Directors

John P. Reilly has been a member of The Timken Company Board of Directors since 2006.

He is the retired chairman, president and chief executive officer of Figgie International, an international diversified operating company.  He retired in 1998.

He is chairman of the board of directors of Exide Corporation, and also serves on the boards of Material Sciences Corporation and Marshfield Door Systems.
