Member, Timken Board of Directors

Frank C. Sullivan has been a member of The Timken Company Board of Directors since 2003.

Sullivan is chairman and chief executive officer of RPM International Inc., a world leader in specialty coatings.  He has held that position since 2002.

He previously held other leadership positions at RPM, including serving as president and chief operating officer.

He serves on the board of directors of RPM International.
