Manager - Quality Assurance

Nicole is responsible for making manufacturing run more smoothly at the Gaffney Bearing Plant in Gaffney, S.C. From improving workflow on an assembly line and managing a tooling problem with a supplier to handling a quality complaint, she routinely uses her technical expertise and Lean 6 Sigma principles on the job. Very high tech stuff. 

But much of this work is carried out in what she calls "… a friendly environment where your co-workers are more like family. You celebrate little league victories together, share recipes over coffee, and still manage to get tons of work done." A very high touch atmosphere that encourages questioning and the free flow of information.
