Some people enjoy the predictability of doing the same thing every day. Not Rhonda. What she loves about her job is the opportunity to always be doing new things, learning fresh skills and questioning old ways of doing things.

“I’ve been able to experience many different jobs and work in a variety of environments. The diversity in my job is what keeps me coming back to work every day. I enjoy the change and opportunity for growth.”

Her changing job and responsibilities required regular training to add new skills. “I took classes to qualify as a Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor, and also received Six Sigma black belt training. The company supports associates who want to attend seminars and advanced training.”
