Description: The Steel Business Associate (SBA) Development Program provides the opportunity to explore different functional career opportunities in specific focus areas within the Steel Business Unit while completing a comprehensive training curriculum. Candidates must have a minimum GPA of a 2.8 and should enjoy contact with people, have good communication skills and be self-motivated.

Majors: BS, MS in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Metallurgical, Industrial Management) 

Training Period: 24 months

Location: Canton, Ohio

Project Areas: Opportunities to work in industrial engineering, production engineering, steel process engineering a production, quality control working, and working on steel manufacturing and maintenance improvement projects. 

Post Development Program: Opportunities in a variety of areas including technical and/or managerial track in steel manufacturing operations, equipment and facilities maintenance, process technology improvement, process control, industrial engineering, quality control, scheduling or marketing.
