Description: The Steel Business Associate (SBA) Development Program provides the opportunity to explore different functional career opportunities in specific focus areas within the Steel Business Unit while completing a comprehensive training curriculum. Candidates must have a minimum GPA of a 2.8 and should enjoy contact with people, have good communication skills and be self-motivated

Majors:  BA, BS or MS in industrial management, business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain, economics, marketing, math or computer science. 

Training: 24 months

Location: Canton, Ohio

Project Areas: Opportunities to work in customer service, order fulfillment, supply chain, production control, business systems development manufacturing materials control, quality control, and business economics. 

Post Development Program: Opportunities in a variety of areas including technical and/or managerial track in manufacturing administration, manufacturing operations, marketing administration, or business systems development.
