Global Leadership Development Program

This program strengthens our leadership throughout the company helping to build consistent management and leadership behaviors that align with our leadership competencies, expectations and values. This enterprise-wide program is designed to increase our pipeline of leaders and succession candidates.

 

Sales, Service, Application and Design Engineer Training Program
New Timken associates are taken out of the workplace and go through months-long training sessions to become well-versed in the products and services we offer.

 

Timken Manufacturing Academy
The academy gives prospective company leaders an opportunity to run a manufacturing plant – and the skills and mindset to make it succeed. Hundreds of associates have taken part in the two-week global program.

 

Development Programs
Our operations development program is a two-year rotational training program for new associates with engineering degrees. The main focus of this training is to develop future manufacturing leaders who will work in either operations or other related functional areas such as supply chain, quality and lean. Our online training center offers an array of courses in multiple languages to associates around the world, covering topics like Timken’s products and services, management and building technical skills.
