Spherical plain bearings carry a high capacity of radial and axial loads in a small envelope due to a large contact area.  They are ideal for static oscillatory applications where moderate misalignment may be common, such as in mining and construction applications.

Includes Timken types SF and FS. Radial spherical plain bearings are designed primarily to carry radial loads and handle moderate misalignment.

Radial Spherical Plain Bearings with Lip Seals >

Includes Timken types SF...TT, SF...SS, FS...TT, and FS...SS. These bearings have the same basic characteristics as the SF and FS series, but with the addition of lip seals.

Angular Contact Thrust Spherical Plain Bearings >

Includes Timken types SBT and SBDT. These bearings are designed for thrust loading and some misalignment, and feature lubricating holes and grooves in the outer ring.
