Predictive Maintenance. This workshop covers the various practices involved in predictive maintenance, the vocabulary for these practices and the basics of implementing a predictive maintenance program. You will learn the fundamentals of different predictive maintenance technologies and the best applications for each of those technologies.
Vibration Analysis Level 1. This entry level course is intended for personnel new to vibration monitoring and analysis, as well as those with limited vibration analysis experience. The course focuses on periodic, single channel data collection and analysis for condition-based maintenance programs. Upon completion, a foundation will be established for in-depth understanding of spectrum and waveform relationships.
At the conclusion of the Vibration Analysis Level I course, you can take the ASNT Level I Certification Exam.
Vibration Analysis Level 2. This intermediate course is intended for personnel who have at least 12 months of vibration analysis experience and a thorough understanding of vibration theory and terminology. The course provides an in-depth study of machinery faults and their associated spectrum, time waveform and phase characteristics. Additional topics include signal processing, data collection and corrective actions.
Infrared Thermography – Level 1 (3.5 days)
The Level I Infrared Thermography Training Course is designed for the new camera user and focuses on its use for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance applications.
The course focuses on, heat transfer concepts, collecting quality data, taking accurate temperature readings and account for measurement effects such as distance and emissivity using infrared cameras. You will also learn how to distinguish between hot spots and reflections and qualitative versus quantitative thermography.
