Heavy-duty, high-pressure 55:1 grease pumps handle most types of grease, up to and including NLGI #3, directly from 120 lb. (54 kg) and 400 lb. (180 kg) grease containers. These pumps are designed for applications with long dispensing lines, where low pressure would limit pump performance, and also for cold weather and severe-duty operations.
The pump design incorporates a double-acting priming piston with a motor that has been tested in excess of 5 million cycles. The longer stroke allows fewer cycles, producing less wear, longer life and no icing.
