Registered Shareholders

 

You are a registered shareholder of The Timken Company if you hold physical stock certificates or if your stock certificates are electronically registered with our transfer agent Wells Fargo Shareowner Services.  Registered Shareholders are listed in the Company’s shareholder register maintained by Wells Fargo Shareowner Services.

 

Beneficial Shareholders

 

You are a beneficial shareholder if your shares are held through a brokerage account, as opposed to registered directly in your name. This is also referred to as holding shares in "street name".

 

Please note that The Timken Company and Wells Fargo Shareowner Services do not have records of beneficial shareholders of Timken stock.  If you are a beneficial shareholder of Timken stock, you should contact your broker, bank or other nominee for assistance.
