Member, Timken Board of Directors

Frank C. Sullivan has been a member of The Timken Company Board of Directors since 2003.
 
Sullivan is chairman and chief executive officer of RPM International Inc., a world leader in specialty coatings.  He served as president and chief executive officer since 2002, and became chairman in 2008.
 
He previously held other leadership positions at RPM, including serving as president and chief operating officer.
 
In addition to The Timken Company and RPM International,  Mr. Sullivan also serves on the boards of The Cleveland Foundation, the National Paint and Coatings Association, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Greater Cleveland Partnership, the Ohio Business Roundtable and the Army War College Foundation.
